What is Employment Verification?

Employment Verification is a service from Integrity Asia that allows employers and screeners to request for the verification of a candidate’s employment history and certificates.

What can we do for you?

We verify the candidate’s employment history, which includes position, period of employment, as well as the authenticity of the employment certificate if provided

What is an Employment Certificate?

It is a certificate issued by employers to their employees at the end of their service period. The document contains information, such as the employee’s position, length of service, the department they belonged to, employee identification number, reason for resignation, etc.

What if my candidate does not have an Employment Certificate?

We understand that in practice, issuance of an Employment Certificate may vary depending on the company’s regulations, as sometimes this certificate is only issued upon the request of the employee. 

Alternatively, you can provide your candidate’s CV. We will try our best based on this information, but we cannot guarantee that the information can be verified without the candidate’s Employment Certificate.

What documents are required to request for a verification?

A signed consent letter by your candidate is mandatory and an Employment Certificate is recommended. Some verifiers may require an employee ID.

What if my candidate was employed by an outsourcing company?

Don’t worry, we can also assist you with this check. The documents required remain the same, we would need the Employment Certificate issued by the Outsourcing company that employed your candidate.

Who conducts the verifications?

Our expert team of office and field screeners who have up to 15 years of experience.

How long will it take for the results to be obtained?

It will take between 3 – 5 working days. Should there be any delay, we will inform you in advance if a verifier requires a longer time to check their database of former employees.

How it works?

How do I sign up?

Place an order for your first screening request and an account will be created. After that, you will be directed to the checkout page. On the page, enter your personal information in the “Customer Information” section, and this information will be automatically used for your account creation. Your login information will be provided afterwards.

What do I do if I lose my password?

Do not panic, it’s easy! Your password can be recovered by clicking the “Lost your password” button on the Login page. You will be asked to enter your email address and you will receive an email notification, as well as a link to create a new password.

About Payments

How much does it cost?

The cost varies between countries. You can check on the Order Page by selecting the country where the company is located.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), or your Stripe account.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, we offer an invoicing facility for clients who order high volumes. Should you require an invoice facility, please send us an email at support@minerva-global.com.

Will I be reimbursed if the check cannot be completed due to a variety of factors, such as the company’s closure?

We regret that we are unable to reimburse you because we put in our best effort to achieve the desired result. We work to the best of our abilities.

Confidentiality

What happens to the personal information of my candidate?

We comply with GDPR regulations through a six month data retention policy. We will automatically delete all of our history at the end of this retention period.
